Free Back to School Printables
I can’t believe summer break is almost over and the school year is less than three weeks away here in Pennsylvania. I just wish the beginning of school coincided with the end of summer. But, alas, I know we are still in for more weeks of hot weather. I am really grateful for the air conditioner.
Upcoming events and seasons always make me want to create something new. So I thought I would start learning Photoshop so I could learn to create all the pretty printables I see on Pinterest. They all look so gorgeous as I browse my feed. All the sticker printables, the little gift tags, message cards etc.
I have been using Photoshop for only a few weeks and looked up tutorials on the different tools and such. So, my work is less than professional. But it was fun designing and I think the final products look great.
Last year I used to attach a sticky note to my daughter’s lunch whenever she took a packed lunch. She loved it! She told me every day that that was a favorite part of her lunch- reading my note. So, I designed some fun notes and you can write your own message on the back after printing them (I recommend printing on light colored cardstock).
The picture only shows 6 of the cards. They are 12 in total and they will print on 2 regular 8 x 11.5 pages. The file is in PDF format (high quality 300 dpi file) and you need to print in Landscape orientation.
First day of school signs
I found this blackboard background and I created simple back to school signs for Kindergarten, First, Second and Third grades.
Here is what the sign looks like:
To download the signs:
All the files open in a new window and are PDF at 300 dpi so they are set to print at the highest quality. You can print them on regular 8 x 11.5 paper or cardstock.
I hope you find these helpful and download them. It would make my day 🙂
What did you think of my Photoshop work? 🙂
